We proudly offer free shipping on all orders over $1,000 to the continental United States (lower 48 states). 

Shipping to Other Locations

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery times.

International Shipping

While RootDownDeep currently caters only to customers within the United States market, we appreciate the interest from customers worldwide. We're excited about the possibility of expanding our reach in the future.


Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and that your payment method has been pre-authorized.

Ordering Process:

  • Processing Time: All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Transit Time: The average shipping transit time is 2-7 business days from the shipment date.
  • Total Shipment Time: Including processing and transit, the average delivery time is 3-10 business days from the order date.

Tracking details will be sent to your email shortly after your order ships.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unexpected factors like weather can cause delays. The delivery windows we provide are our best estimates.


Out of Stock / Backorder Items

If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you to discuss your options. You may choose to wait for the item, select an alternative product, or cancel your order.


Damages: Handle with Care

We hope your order arrives in perfect condition, but if there’s any sign of damage, please note it when signing for delivery or consider declining it. If you do accept the delivery, take pictures of the damaged packaging or items and send them to us at contact_us@rootdowndeep.org. You can then swiftly initiate a return claim on our Returns page.
